Meet Karmen & Roxanne
Karmen Blanco-Hartfield knows she is the instrument, and God is the music. Before answering the call to serve Him full-time, she spent decades healing from a brutal attack on her life while working in corporate America and education. From national campaigns to high-stakes negotiations, she became the public face of major brands. Then she said yes to something she couldn't quite explain, and God gave her a front row seat to miracles. Roxanne came to those miracles as someone in desperate need of one. After years of carrying the weight of childhood abuse in silence, she whispered her truth and found that God had been waiting with open arms. Healing changed her life and revealed her purpose.
In 2021, they met at an event where Karmen handed Roxanne her book and told her what her soul needed to hear for her heart to sing. A year later, Roxanne told Karmen that what God had given her needed to be shared with the world. BeYOUtiful Possibilities was born from that conversation.

Roxanne brings the clinical steadiness of a registered nurse, the sacred presence of a hospice nurse who has sat with people at the edge of life, and a testimony that can meet any woman where she is.
